Aaron is thrilled to be reporting for WRAL-TV in Raleigh, North Carolina. He joined the news team in June 2019. He is responsible for pitching and delivering multiple enterprise stories on a daily basis.
Aaron is thrilled to report in his hometown TV market. He grew up in Fuquay Varina, a town outside the capital of Raleigh, and considers it a privilege to report close to home.
Before joining WRAL, Aaron worked as a multimedia journalist for WRIC-TV, an ABC affiliate in Richmond, Virginia. During his two-year stint, he covered prominent local and national stories. He covered the controversial blackface scandal involving Governor Ralph Northam and traveled to Charlottesville to cover the deadly Unite the Right Rally.
Aaron’s broadcasting career began at WTAJ-TV, a CBS affiliate based in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He spent two years shooting, writing, and editing his own stories as the lead nightside reporter in the State College bureau.
He enjoys the concept of storytelling and is dedicated to delivering quality content on multiple platforms (on-air, online, digital).
